CLEANING PNEUMATIC CIRCUIT

Cartridge filter cleaning is automatic, in fact filter cabins are equipped with elettropneumatic circuit that, cyclically, convoyes a compressed air jet on filtering surface, which executes filter unit cleaning. The control is given by an electric board (adjustable), that needs a power supply 220 V 50 Hz 1ph., while pneumatic circuit needs a compressed air capacity of 300 lt./min. at 6 bar pressure.

POLYESTER OR PAPER CARTRIDGE

This is the main part of filter cabin and it is necessary to make the filtration of dust produced during the sandblasting cycle.
Its shape is cylindrical, it’s made of paper and it assures a filtering surface of 10 m² with dust emission (filtering degree) lower than 10 mg/m³.
Polyester cartridge is washable and its dust emission (filtering degree) is lower than 5 mg/m³.
